A weekend to learn how to
just do things

Can we really just do things?

Yes, we can.

Can you teach me how? Is there an agency school?

Yes, we are making it happen!

Inspired by Ms. Bowman's Social School, Agency School is a gathering for people who want to learn how to take action. Three days of talks, discussions, and community building in the heart of San Francisco.

The Goal of Agency School

The goal of Agency School is to help people learn how to have more aligned agency. Each speaker will choose their own topic, but they've been given this framework as a guide for how their talk might fit into the bigger picture.

Agency framework: a 2x2 matrix with Self Esteem on the Y-axis and Agency strategies on the X-axis, showing the path toward becoming joyful, high-energy, agentic sages

This framework is inspired by Peter Limberger's article on agency and by the teachings of many Teapot folks on Twitter.
